Het logistieke centrum onderscheidt zich door zijn duurzame en circulaire bouwprincipes. Het gebouw is uitgerust met energie-effici\u00ebnte installaties, waaronder elektrische warmtepompen en zonnepanelen en het is ontworpen volgens de Cradle-to-Cradle-filosofie, wat zich uit in het gebruik van niet-toxische, recyclebare materialen en het \u2018design for disassembly'-principe (het ontwerpen van producten met oog voor demontage).<\/p>\n
