Waarbij er plaats is voor logistieke gebouwen, een datacenter, spare parts centers en een trainingscenter.<\/p>\n<p>Deze herontwikkeling is ge\u00efnspireerd op het Cradle-to-Cradle principe. We hebben het terrein van voormalig vliegtuigfabrikant Fokker gerevitaliseerd tot een duurzaam, logistiek centrum naast Schiphol. Voor het proces van herbouwen hebben we een deel van de gebouwen laten staan en 97% van de materialen ter plaatse hergebruikt. Dit leidde in 2015 tot de nominatie voor een Plabeka Award, het beste industriegebied en herontwikkelingsproject in de metropoolregio Amsterdam. Een ander belangrijk aspect van dit project is de integrale gebiedsontwikkeling die hier is toegepast.<\/p>\n<p>We hebben het volledige project op een holistische manier benaderd. Dat wil zeggen dat we niet alleen naar de gebouwen hebben gekeken maar naar alle relevante aspecten. Deze integrale gebiedsontwikkeling betekent dat het een terrein is geworden met veel groen, waterpartijen en recreatiemogelijkheden voor de mensen die op het park werken.
