Future Forward.","next_generation_logistics":"<p>Op historische grond aan de noordzijde van Schiphol Trade Park, nabij Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, staat Fokker 7|8: een baanbrekend logistiek centrum van 38.000 m\u00b2 waar circulariteit, innovatie en toekomstgericht bouwen samenkomen. Een ontwikkeling in opdracht van Prologis, gerealiseerd door Delta Development in samenwerking met VolkerWessels en Reggeborgh Group.<\/p>\n<p>Het ontwerp van OPL is volledig gebaseerd op Cradle-to-Cradle-principes en gerealiseerd volgens het Design for Disassembly-concept. Bij de bouw werd 97% van het sloopmateriaal hergebruikt, en de constructie is grotendeels demontabel opgebouwd, met minimale lasnaden en boutverbindingen die toekomstig hergebruik vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n<p>Fokker 7|8 zet een nieuwe standaard in duurzame logistiek. Zonnepanelen leveren meer dan voldoende energie voor eigen gebruik, terwijl overschotten gedeeld worden met de omgeving. Olivijn houdend asfalt, biologisch afbreekbare grijswatersystemen, gerecyclede betongranulaten en herstelde waterlopen dragen bij aan een gezonde leefomgeving, voor mens en natuur.<\/p>\n<p>Het gebouw beschikt over een digitaal materialenpaspoort waarmee elk onderdeel traceerbaar en herbruikbaar is. Werknemers profiteren van groen ingerichte zones, veel daglicht en laadpunten voor elektrisch vervoer. Deze visie op circulair bouwen werd in 2015 bekroond met de Nationale Duurzaamheidsprijs Staal, een erkenning voor de vernieuwende toepassing van staal en het integraal doorgevoerde circulaire ontwerp.<\/p>\n<p>Herbruikbaar. Hervormbaar. Grensverleggend. Fokker 7|8 is meer dan een logistiek gebouw.
