Poly

In a visible location along the A4 motorway, on Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp and directly opposite Schiphol Airport, Poly is a contemporary office building where sustainability and flexibility come together. A place where entrepreneurship and future-proofing go hand in hand.

Poly was developed by Delta Development, in cooperation with Reggeborgh and VolkerWessels. The building comprises approximately 3,500 m² of high-quality office space, designed entirely according to Cradle-to-Cradle principles. This means: use of safe, reusable materials and a design that can be easily adapted or disassembled (Design for Disassembly).

Thanks to smart installations and solar panels, energy consumption is minimal, and the large areas of glass provide a bright, pleasant working environment. Poly is BREEAM-NL Excellent certified and was awarded the Connell Soundscape Award and the German Design Award, among others.
