Delta wins the Logix Award 2025!

The building received the award because, in the eyes of the jury, it is a paragon of the future of logistics real estate:

• Efficient use of land through partly double-layer construction and intensive high-rise buildings and automation,
• The very far-reaching sustainability of get building as a brownfield (re)development of a former mine, the by applying the cradle to cradle philosophy and the co2 negative development. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
• The creation of very high-quality working environments, both in the office and warehouse, confirmed by the WELL Platinum certification (ambition).
• The pioneering design and application of high-quality architecture in an asset class where it is not yet common in Germany.
• We are proud of this fine recognition, a result of a strong vision and cooperation based on transparency and trust.
