Rotterdam Logistics Park, B & C

RLP Buildings B and C are the first two realised buildings within the area development Rotterdam Logistics Park in Hellevoetsluis. As the start of this sustainable logistics hub, the buildings show what Delta stands for: future-proof architecture in which functionality, sustainability and spatial quality go hand in hand.

The two halls, designed by Quadrant4 and built by Heembouw, are located back-to-back on the Kickersbloem 3 business park. From a clear starting point, they were developed as modern, flexible buildings that can be easily adapted to the needs of different users. Both buildings have their own entrance and parking facilities, allowing them to be used independently as well as in conjunction.

Sustainability and integration into the surroundings were explicitly considered during development. The buildings were realised with energy-efficient installations, attention to material choice and with the aim of creating a BREEAM Very Good certification to be achieved. The layout of the site is in keeping with its natural surroundings, with green areas providing a pleasant working environment and a friendly appearance for local residents.

RLP B and C mark the beginning of a bigger picture: a park combining logistical quality with sustainable value creation. This is where Delta's vision of developing real estate with people, the environment and the future in mind takes tangible shape.
