With the formation of Delta Investment Management, Coert Zachariasse (ceo) and Alfio Shkreta launch
(cio) a new activity of Delta Development, also focused on sustainable and circular logistics
real estate. Both speak about their ambitions, focus and the power of circularity in terms of
existing property and new property.
"We want to add value throughout the property life cycle," Coert Zachariasse explains the expansion to include investment management. The new activity stems from the acquisition late last year of Alba, Shkreta's investment management company. The latter not only brings in its network and experience, but also existing mandates from institutional investors. "This way, we are off to a flying start," says Alfio Shkreta.
