Future forward
With Future Forward, we look together from the broad perspective. We look at the achievable opportunities and what positive impact they have. Every step we take together today, big or small, we make a difference for a better, brighter, more productive future. Read about the principles:
Circular Design
Positive impact
Sustainable relationships and innovation
Human centricity
CO2-positive
Circular Design
A building is circular if the facility is kept in a closed cycle during construction and management. This happens without harmful emissions to air, water and soil. We go to great lengths there and research and implement every innovation that is powerfully driven. This makes our buildings sustainable and valuable 'resource banks'.
Positive impact
Our buildings look spectacular and deliver better results. The way we design and build has a positive impact on ecology, society, the economy, and of course, the people who work there. In other words: all stakeholders and not just the shareholders.
Sustainable relationships and innovation
The power of spectacular buildings and better results lies in developing sustainable collaborations leading to continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality design that benefits both people and the planet.
Human centricity
Buildings created with design around people and sustainability in mind increase the flow, engagement, health and enjoyment of work. That’s the ultimate win-win-win: less energy consumption, climate positive and increased productivity.
CO2-positive
CO2 positive goes beyond carbon neutrality, namely by actively offsetting CO2 emissions with the aim of making a net positive impact on the environment. We know we still have a long journey ahead of us, which is why we co-create buildings that make a difference and ensure that every step counts and show how to do it.
As Lao Tzu (571 BC) said, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".
