Rotterdam Logistics Park, A & D

RLP Buildings A and D are the last two buildings forming part of the larger area development Rotterdam Logistics Park in Hellevoetsluis. Besides the usual sustainable aspects, the RLP buildings are modern and flexible in their layout. Units are available from 8,000m2 to 28,000m2 and the length of the rental period is also negotiable. In addition to flexibility, much attention has been paid in the development of RLP D to fitting the building into its surroundings. Seen from the main road, RLP has a lively appearance including plenty of greenery.
Operating costs are reduced thanks to sustainable development with emphasis on CO2 reduction and by deployment of solar panels making the buildings energy positive.
