Future Forward.","next_generation_logistics":"<p>Fokker 7|8 zet een nieuwe standaard in duurzame logistiek.<\/p>\n<p>Het ontwerp van OPL architecten is gebaseerd op Cradle-to-Cradle-principes en gerealiseerd volgens het Design for Disassembly-concept. De constructie is grotendeels demontabel opgebouwd, met minimale lasnaden en boutverbindingen die toekomstig hergebruik vergemakkelijken.<\/p>\n<p>Zonnepanelen leveren meer dan voldoende energie voor eigen gebruik, terwijl overschotten gedeeld worden binnen het Fokker park. In samenwerking met Excluton is bestrating ontwikkelt met een toplaag van olivijn die CO2 afbreekt.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn vijverpartijen aangelegd die zorgen voor voldoende waterbuffering. Regenwater dat op de bestrating valt, wordt lokaal gezuiverd via een lamellenfilter. Er is een drievoudig verbeterd en gescheiden rioolstelsel toegepast. Dit staat voor vuilwater, regenwater en droogweer afvoer.<\/p>\n<p>Het gebouw beschikt over een digitaal materialenpaspoort waarmee elk onderdeel traceerbaar en herbruikbaar is.
